The Claremont Cricket Club junior section, known as the Claremont Foxes, runs every Sunday morning for boys and girls aged 6 to 13. Delivered in partnership with Sporting Chance, the programme serves as a vibrant feeder system into Claremont Cricket Club. Our mission is simple: get kids active, foster a love for cricket, build confidence and skills in a safe and supportive environment, and ensure they have fun.
Each week is filled with energy and focused skills development, and the players continue to show real commitment and improvement. From batting masterclasses to fielding sessions and targeted bowling work, their growing confidence and technique are clear to see. Our coaches love being part of their cricket journey.
The Foxes coaching team is passionate, qualified and experienced, and ready to elevate every player’s game. Whether your child is new to cricket or already hitting boundaries, the programme inspires, builds technique and grows a love for the sport.
It is open to boys and girls of all ability levels, from ages 5 to 13. Club players support the coaching team with a 1 to 7 coach to player ratio. Every Claremont Fox becomes part of the club community and enjoys access to the cricket oval, jungle gym and clubhouse facilities.
