- I joined this club as a young man and played my best cricket at this club. This was due to the standard of cricket played, the mentors and coaches I was privileged to play with. I would never have played at the level I did achieve if it weren't for the members of this great club. Then on returning, after retiring from league, as a veteran you rekindle all those great friendships on the field and indeed make new friends too. This club is special because of the facilities and the awesome backdrop of the mountains, but what makes it extra special are the members, young and old.
